The delegates must secure their own accommodations, independent of the registration process. Rooms has been blocked out for the HOTLAB meeting for the period September 22 – September 26, 2024. Hotel assignment will be made on the first-come, first-serve basis.
After registering for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email. in this email you will find a code with which you can book a room in the hotel for the Hotlab 2024 price.

The room rate is including breakfast and VAT, excluding 7% city tax
The room rate is excluding governmental tourist tax of € 3,- p.p.p.n.
The supplement for a double occupancy is € 25,- per room per night.
The hotel is easily accessible by car and public transportation. The hotel has a spacious paid parking lot which enables our guests to park their car stress free, something which is unique in Amsterdam. Furthermore, the hotel is located within walking distance of the RAI Station and the Amstelpark.
Via the adjacent RAI station the city center is only 10 minutes away. Another great idea to discover Amsterdam is by bike. The hotel has rental bikes the staff would love to help you find a scenic route along the canals. Within 15 minutes you are in the heart of the city.
